How it Works
Share Your Inventory with us
You simply share wwith us your Price List Inventory in Excel sheet, we will Create the catalogue for you online. We’ll work with you to Confirm your selling prices, update prices, Suggest New or missing products, mark product out of stock or back in stock via Riel Partner Mobile App to start selling right away. The app registers every order processed, you can generate a real time report showing all order details. We also provide a dedicated platform to quickly chart or call us from the app in case of any challenges. We'll also provide a direct Account Manager who will be just a call away to ensure the success of your store.
Choose How you want to get Paid
You will process as many orders as you can and as fast as possible and will make your money and grow your business. You can be paid via bank transfers, direct deposits or even via Mpesa, Numbers, tills or paybills. We will also give you the options you have to have a payment plan that suits you uniquely.
Start Processing new Orders
That’s it. As soon as your store is Approved and is Live, We will show millions of customers available products within your area. You just need to login into the Riel partner app and stay alert on the dashboard. View hundreds of live orders as they are being placed within your area. All you need to do is; click View to grab Orders, Click on Process Orders, then Click on Order Processed on the app. Proceed to process it by invoicing as you do normally on your POS, produce receipts and put them aside in Riel Account file. Proceed to view more Orders. It will produce an order number for you to indicate on the already provided packaging bags, package the order in the bag and seal it. A rider will come in a few to pick it for delivery, they will provide you with the order number for confirmation.
What we will need from you
To start, there are no fixed costs at all when you work with Riel. No sign-up fee, maintenance fees or minimums, and no cancellation fees. To be verified to start selling with Riel, you will need to Download the app and sign up indicating important personal and business information. Then Share with Riel the price catalogue to help in creation of your catalogue online and also share the following Documents;
Id copy/ies + Pictures of business owners or directors | Company registration certificate/ Business registration | All required Licenses and permits | Front View and inner view Picture of the Business | After an assessment, we will notify you on your approval or otherwise. Beyond that, our pricing model reflects the fact that we operate in a highly competitive market. We therefore require distributors to sell to us at wholesale price or any other negotiated price that will help us remain competitive and retain customers. Our model is built to be favorable to both the customers and the vendors and compliant with the regulatory bodies in every city we operate in. Depending on where your store is located, our team will communicate and agree with you which pricing structure you’ll fall into.

How long does it take to get started?
We’ve done it in as little as 24 hours before and since we’re pretty competitive, we’re always trying to beat that record. Generally, you can expect that it will take around 5-7 days, but it depends on a variety of factors. We can give you a better idea once we start talking.
Who does the deliveries?
Riel has partnered with Riders within the locality. We have taken away the worry of delivery from you. You will only need to process and package and with the clicking of that magical ‘Order Processed’ button; it alerts a rider closer to you to come pick up order for delivery. Amazing, right?
Who determines my delivery minimums?
You do! You decide when to go online, how many orders to process, your earnings etc. We’ve got a pretty good idea what factors will set you up for success and will happily help you figure out what’s best for your store. And nothing is set in stone. You’re always able to adjust based on demand, capability and desire.
Does my store need special permits or licenses to deliver alcohol?
Not necessarily. However you do need all up to date licenses and permits required to operate in your area. We strongly encourage you to contact regulatory bodies in your County to ensure you’re properly certified to sell alcohol to customers. contact us.
Can I be the exclusive Riel store for my area?
We operate on a marketplace model and our platform is open to all qualified Vendors. While we do not guarantee exclusivity to any one store in a given area, your performance in metrics such as Order processing time rates you and puts you higher in the chain, we’re also constantly investing in driving new customers to our entire vendor Partners to help grow their business.
How do i save and get Financing from Riel?
Riel is out to grow you. You can negotiate to 'Grow biz' on your app and choose a saving plan wheather to automate the savings to be deducted a percentage of every sale you make or just do direct deposits. You will need to be active for at least 6 months to access financing. Keep working with us, we will help you out.
